Here you will find the general terms and conditions for the hotel accommodation contract, which the Hotelverband Deutschland (IHA) e.V. has provided without obligation.

These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the rental provision of hotel rooms for accommodation and all other services and deliveries provided by the hotel to the customer (hotel accommodation contract). The term “hotel accommodation contract” includes and replaces the following terms: accommodation, guest accommodation, hotel, hotel room contract.
